The goal of the Student Services Department at OTLC is to empower students to become productive members of society and to succeed in the world of work. In order to help students reach this goal, we assist students by fostering a positive learning environment, by fostering self-esteem, by promoting academic, social and physical growth, and by helping them to build successful experiences that lead to a positive future.
